Best of day entries must be done on that day, at the show. Best of show must have been done during the show, at the show.
Must provide start time photos.
The freehand tattoo category will be judged based on only hand drawn designs applied directly to the skin. There must be picture or video proof of application.
You may enter healed pieces into all other categories.
